6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times provided on the website or during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

NextGen Wellness will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are dispatched within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to courier delays, stock availability, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of R150 applies to orders within South Africa.
  • Overnight Delivery: Available for R250, where applicable and subject to courier availability.
  • Weekend and Public Holiday Notice: Couriers generally do not deliver to residential or business addresses on weekends or public holidays. Overnight orders dispatched on a Friday may only be available for collection or delivery according to courier schedules.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. NextGen Wellness will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, tampered with, or damaged items.

Refunds may be considered at the discretion of NextGen Wellness for sealed, unused products returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a possible refund, products must be returned in their original condition, packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing by NextGen Wellness.

NextGen Wellness reserves the right to refuse any return or refund where the product has been opened, used, damaged, improperly stored, or where return conditions have not been met.
